TRADITION NOTICE SERVICES will notify all legal parties by mail that a lien is to be filed. After a lien has been recorded, those legal parties will be notified by mail that the lien was recorded.
If an unpaid lien approaches a statutory deadline date, TRADITION NOTICE SERVICES will assist you with finding an construction attorney who can file a foreclosure lawsuit on your behalf.
TRADITION NOTICE SERVICES will refund $50 of your original payment for recording a construction lien if you are not paid in full by the statutory deadline date.
