| CALIFORNIA Civil Code §3098 mandates that Subcontractors deliver a CALIFORNIA Preliminary 20-Day Notice to the Owner and all other legal parties by certified mail or personal delivery within twenty (20) days after first furnishing equipment, labor, materials or services that is $400 or more in value for a private Commercial project.Each day after the 20th day, you lose 1/20 of your financial interest in the financial value of construction related labor, services, equipment or materials your company provided for the project.
